This is not 100% followed by the authentic recipe from the origin of Argentina but, We managed to follow around 90%, and still, it brings out the freshness and tanginess as well.

In a bowl add following ingredients extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, dried oregano, ground cumin, chile flakes, garlic powder, salt, black pepper mix well and set aside.
